Bill Book

The book should show the date of the bill, the term it has to run before it becomes due, the names of all the parties to it, and the time of its becoming due, together with the amount for which it was given.

Letter Head

A letterhead is the heading – usually at the top, of the letter paper (or stationary). It typically includes the company logo, company name, address, and contact information. A well-designed letterhead acts like a company pad that makes letter papers look much more formal and professional.

Envelop

An envelope may be small enough to make you need to fold the paper going into it, or it can be as large as the paper so that you do not need to fold it. A large envelope is called a manila envelope, usually colored a color in between yellow and orange, and is used to send several pages of papers when a regular envelope would be too small.

Hand Bill

A pamphlet one hands out to another, especially a stranger. Handbills are used in direct marketing, especially involving street canvassers. Handbills are known for their low response rates.
